Ric Flair Returns Home After Recent Health Scare

Ric Flair has finally returned home after being in the hospital for over a month and “The Nature Boy” looked thrilled to be strutting his way out of the convalescent center.

Flair’s fiancée Wendy Barlow posted a photo of Ric leaving on Thursday while wearing one of his “Space Mountain” t-shirts and wrote, “Taking Ric home….

We’re told, as one would expect, Ric is very happy to be back in his house.

As we previously reported, the wrestling legend was interviewed by People magazine last week and told them he’s finally realized he’s an alcoholic who needs to stop drinking. He also revealed that he was suffering from congestive heart failure due to years of alcohol abuse.

We here at The Sheet wish Flair the best of luck in his recovery.

Four-Year Old Fan Hits ‘Stone Cold’ Stunner at Indie Show (VIDEO)

Stone ColdSteve Austin is an icon to all generations … as evidenced this weekend by a four-year-old fan who hit the Stunner one of the wrestlers at an indie show.

It all went down after The Carnies faced-off against Space Monkey and Dick Justice at a Black Label Pro event in Indiana and things backfired when they brought a a kid named Nolie into the ring.

As you’ll see in the video, wrestler Nick Iggy loudly proclaims that he hates children and instructs tag partner Kerry Awful to attack … but the team is quickly thwarted by their former opponents, allowing the child to open a can of whoop ass.

Check out the fun moment below.

Paige Will Not Be Cleared to Return By WWE Officials

Pro Wrestling Sheet has confirmed WWE officials informed Paige that she will not be cleared to return to a WWE ring again following her most recent injury.

PWInsider was first to report the news this afternoon and we’ve confirmed the information to be accurate with multiple sources.

As we previously reported, the injury occurred last month at a live event during a six-woman tag match when Sasha Banks kicked her from behind. The recently returned wrestler went down hard and attempted to get up, but quickly fell back down before the match was called off.

According to PWInsider, it is believed she was given the news during Monday Night Raw this week and they described the situation as similar to what happened with Edge‘s retirement.

This couldn’t come at a worse time for the 25-year-old, as she was in the midst of a comeback following a long neck injury hiatus and only wrestled a few matches before the incident occurred.

We’ll keep you updated as soon as more information becomes available.

Cody Rhodes Signs Domestically Exclusive Contract With Ring of Honor

“The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes says he’s no longer a free agent and has inked a domestically exclusive contract with Ring of Honor for the next “several years.”

Cody’s manager put out a press release stating, “After an incredible run like no other this past year that saw Cody compete all around the world in promotions such as New Japan Pro Wrestling, Impact Wrestling, The Crash, APW, PWA Canada, and Northeast Wrestling just to name a few, The American Nightmare has decided to ink a domestically exclusive contract with Ring of Honor Wrestling, where Cody is currently the World Heavyweight Champion.”

Rhodes adds, “I grew up in this business, I’ve seen its peaks and valleys…I know we are entering an unprecedented time in pro wrestling/sports entertainment and it’s time to put my flag in the sand. Joe Koff and his team put together such a generous offer…with some non-wrestling projects on the horizon that I hope to announce soon, and the potential of starting a family down the road…it was a perfect fit. Myself, Marty Scurll, Hangman Page, Matt and Nick Jackson…it’s the dream team…like the 1992 dream team. I have several goals in mind for myself and for ROH and I can’t wait to get started.”

The exact terms/length of the deal weren’t included, but they claim it’s “the most generous offer in Ring of Honor history and Cody will be in an ROH ring for the next several years.”
